Our staff goes through at least 30 hours of formal training on biomechanics, foot anatomy, and common foot issues before they work with customers? Plus, we have a robust ongoing training program. We believe you deserve to get fitted for shoes by someone who “knows their stuff.”

Ready for a 3D fitting experience that will wow you? Your local New Balance store has new technology that will do just that. In our store, we use Volumental Fit Technology that allows us to take a 3D measurement of your foot. This allows our professionally trained staff to fit you into the best pair of New Balance shoes possible.
